What is the Walmart Pre-Owned Program?
- Pre-Owned: Like NewItem is in excellent condition, perfect working condition and has no signs of wear/usage. The original protective wrapping, if any, may be missing but the original packaging is intact.
- Pre-Owned: Open BoxItem is in excellent condition and has no signs of usage. The item is still in its original packaging, but packaging is open/has signs of wear. The item includes original accessories. This could include warehouse items, returns, etc.
- Pre-Owned: FairItem shows wear from consistent use, but it remains in fair condition. The item may be marked, identified, or show other signs of previous use. The item remains usable.
- Pre-Owned: GoodA well-cared-for item that has seen limited use but remains in great condition. Item and instructions are complete and included.
- New with defectsA brand-new, unused item that has cosmetic imperfections caused during production or delivery. (Missing threads, discoloration, label malfunction, etc.)
- New without boxA brand-new, unused item without original packaging.
